Estimated standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, product availability, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed at checkout. Orders over $69 may qualify for free standard delivery where the promotion is available. Oversized, heavy, bulk, commercial, remote-area, or specially handled orders may be excluded from free delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information whenever available. Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Please check your name, street address, apartment number, postal code, telephone number, and other delivery details before completing checkout. TRC Mart is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Inspect your package after delivery and contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs.
